Job Purpose
To support the growth and expansion of Ashok Laboratory's diagnostic services and business operations across North Kolkata through effective relationship management, business development initiatives, and market expansion activities.
Key Relationship
Patients, Doctors, Consultants, Clients, Franchisee Heads, Functional Heads, Materials Department, HR Department, and Finance Department.
Main Responsibility
- To regularly visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals across North Kolkata for promotion of Ashok Laboratory's services and strengthening referral relationships.
- To identify, approach, and engage prospective franchisee owners and business partners for establishing and expanding Ashok Laboratory franchise operations in North Kolkata.
- To generate new business opportunities through market development, client acquisition, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- To assess market potential and develop strategic plans for the expansion of Ashok Laboratory's services, collection centres, and franchise network in North Kolkata.
- To coordinate and support logistics planning and operational requirements to ensure efficient service delivery and business growth in the designated territory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in multiple languages (Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and work efficiency.
