Home Collection Policy
If the total value of all the tests/packages in the cart is Rs. 3500/- or more, no home collection charges will be levied.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Charges:
- Before Phlebo's Visit: If you cancel the order anytime after the transaction but before the phlebo (sample collector) arrives at your premises, there will be no cancellation charges.
- After Phlebo Visits Your Premises (Sample Not Collected): If the phlebotomist arrives at your premises but the booking is cancelled before the sample is collected, a cancellation fee of Rs. 150 or the applicable collection charge (whichever is higher) will be levied.
- After Sample Collection: Once the sample is collected, no refund will be issued and 100% of the payment will be retained.
- Refund Process:
- If a request for cancellation and refund is received before the sample collection, the amount paid will be credited to the patient's account or card within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Conditions:
- Cancellations received after the stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must include the patient's name and/or transaction number to process the request.
