• Home Collection Service: If available, the Website/App provides home sample collection services for diagnostic tests.

Additional Features:

• You may book multiple tests or consultations, pay online, and receive an Order ID for your transaction.
• You are advised to follow the guidelines provided by Ashok Laboratory regarding test preparation and instructions.
• You can opt for home service where Ashok Laboratory’s representative will collect the sample at your doorstep, or you may visit the nearest laboratory for sample collection.

The Services are non-transferable. Only the person in whose name the service is booked will be eligible to avail the services.
To access certain features of the Website/App, Users must complete the registration process. This involves providing personal details such as name, age, sex, email address, billing address, and phone number. Only after completing the registration will Users become Customers and be entitled to avail the services, subject to payment of the applicable fees.
You shall not use the Website/App to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is defamatory, offensive, or abusive, including content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or harm.
